About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA in Spain. In this role, you will support the commercial team in developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to sales activities for our innovative telecom solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management to grow in an international and dynamic environment. You will gain hands-on experience in the telecom industry while learning from senior colleagues and developing your commercial and technical skills.

You will be based in Spain, with occasional travel (up to 30%) for customer visits, industry events, and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new prospects.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and product offers.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales pipeline by researching market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, technical support, logistics) to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Participate in customer meetings (in person and remotely) to understand business needs and introduce our product portfolio.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Learn about our technology and solutions, particularly in wireless backhauling and optical transport.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Interest in the telecom industry and eagerness to grow into a commercial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good written and spoken English, B2 level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and curious attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of Italian is a plus.
