Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

MTDC Sales Manager, Southern Europe (m / f / d)
Purpose of Position:
The Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) markets continue to grow as enterprise, hyperscale and AI companies choose to lease space and potentially infrastructure rather than building their own data centers. The position shall maximize sales for Corning Optical Communications in this segment in the France & Southern Europe region.
Location and Reporting:
The position will be located in any major Southern European city with significant MTDC presence, such as Milan, Marseille, Madrid or Barcelona. The territory to be covered for this position will be France and Southern Europe. Travel will be at least 50% and the position will require the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
The position reports to the Sales Director Europe, IBN / DC EMEA.
