For our O&M business line, we are looking for a Sales Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop the activity of screening opportunities (gate 1), developing a sales strategy (gate 2), negotiating and handing over the opportunity to Operations.
- Elaborate and perform business presentations to customers and other business stakeholders with the purpose of establishing commercial relations and new sales for the O&M Business.
- Conduct, prepare and elaborate budgets, including economical & technical proposals, compliant with the internal recommended practices and instructions.
- Support and assist the Head of O&M Sales and Head of O&M Operations in the development of new solutions specific to each opportunity for the Revamping market.
- Actively contribute to the development of tools and solutions related to the commercial activity of O&M, management, and implementation.
- Participate in initiatives for brand promotion.
- Ensure support to O&M Managers in maintaining the relation and extending contract duration with customers already part of Voltalia O&M portfolio.
- Lead O&M tender preparation till contract signature when offering EPC+O&M package to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation with degree in Management, Engineering Degree BSC or MSC.
- Experience in Management of Operations of service / Field Service, either for Industrial Maintenance or for Energy generating assets is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in similar functions in sales (mandatory).
- 10 years of experience in Service / O&M (preferable).
- 4 years of experience in Renewables (preferable).
- Proven experience in O&M / Service contracts negotiation and budgeting.
- Intimate understanding and knowledge of solar / wind industry in the specific country / market, and namely the main stakeholders of such specific market: asset owners, asset managers, competitors of O&M business.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Experience with CRM Dynamics or other CRM solutions.
