The job:

You will be making outbound calls to existing Norwegian customers and contacting them with the aim of selling them health substitutes. Over time, you will also build your own customer portfolio and engage in repeat sales. You should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, so having a similar job experience is advantageous, but not required.

The other aspect of the job involves selling electricity supply to other businesses. Here, you will make calls to potential new customers from a company-provided list.

You will receive the necessary training and support to assist our customers to the best of your ability, achieve success, and reach your goals.

Your qualifications:

  • You speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage.
  • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
  • You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
