What you actually do during the day:
  1. Talking to customers every day - via phone, email and sometimes chat. Your goal? Understand their needs, solve problems and deliver world-class service.
  2. Identifying customer needs - and matching them with the right solution. You work actively in a smart and personal way, and build loyalty.
  3. Work data-driven - follow up on KPIs and resolution rates. You like to see results - and you like to improve them.
  4. Teamwork makes the dream work - you are part of a close-knit team that pushes each other and has fun together, even under pressure.
  5. Refining the customer journey - by capturing feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve our service and processes.
We believe you have:
  1. A few years of experience in customer service, sales or retention - preferably from a call center or similar.
  2. A natural flair for communicating, persuading and building trust.
  3. Used to working in CRM or support systems.
  4. The ability to work independently with structure - but also a strong team player.
  5. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing + good knowledge of English.

Customer Service Agent.

Location: Fuengirola, Spain.

Start date: May.

Type of employment: Permanent (with 1 month probation).

Salary: 1600 € - 1800 €

Bonus: Up to 300 € monthly.
