Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Project Quality Assurance to join our Quality Unit at Exeltis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Quality System in compliance with applicable regulations.

Training Program :

The junior employee will undergo a comprehensive training itinerary focused on Quality Management and Quality Assurance. This program will be guided by Global QA experts who will monitor and evaluate progress. The training will cover the following key areas, with support from a Quality Manager :

• Assistance in the Quality Management System
• Maintenance and Review of :
• Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs)
• Supplier Quality Management
• Product Launch Processes
• Collaboration on Global Quality Projects

Requirements and Skills :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; a Master’s in Pharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Languages : Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Specific Knowledge : Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience : Some experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or related fields is desirable.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in office software and tools.
• Personal Attributes : Strong communication skills, ability to influence and make an impact, and a collaborative mindset.
