What we are looking for:

We are currently hiring Mechanical Engineers and Technicians for exciting opportunities in Germany, Italy.

Open positions include but are not limited to:

• Mechanical Engineers (Manufacturing, Automotive, Plant)
• Mechanical Technicians / Maintenance Technicians
• Machine Operators & Fitters
• Mechatronics Technicians
• Industrial Equipment Installers
• Pipeline and HVAC Specialists
• Technical Supervisors (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities (May vary depending on employer)

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and machinery
• Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals
• Ensure safe and efficient operations of equipment
• Work with engineers and supervisors on system improvements
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards Skills & Expertise
• Mechanical system installation & troubleshooting
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Problem-solving and diagnostics
• Technical documentation and reporting
• Use of mechanical tools and machinery
• Cross-cultural communication and teamwork

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional certifications or technical training will be considered an asset
• Skills Required: Leadership and teamwork, Critical and analytical thinking, Observation and recommendations capability with risk assesment, Problem solving and multi tasking skill, Time Management and Prioritization

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Automobile,Furniture Manufacturer,Transport Service,Shipyard,Technical Infrastructure,Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.),Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

Additional Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Background in industrial machinery, HVAC, automotive, plant maintenance, or similar sectors is preferred

Language Requirements

• Minimum English Level: B1 (working proficiency)
• Knowledge of Italian or German is a plus
• After a successful initial interview, selected candidates may proceed with language training in Italian or German

Terms & Conditions (May vary according to employer policy)

• Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable), with opportunity for permanent placement
• Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day); overtime is compensated
• Leave: 30 days paid annual leave + public holidays
• Visa: Long-stay “D” visa; EU Blue Card support may be offered
• Additional Perks: Pension benefits, family/spouse visa support
• Visa Processing Time: Approx. 6 months
• Service Charge: Payable only after visa approval
