For the department “JZIA Industrial & Programme Improvement” at the location Bremen we are looking for a Central Improver Black Belt (f / m / d) to support us for 6 months in fulltime (35 h / week) with immediate effect.

Your main tasks and activities :

• Complete dedication to continuous improvement, transformation, and performance enhancement
• Accompany the transformation to operational excellence through LEAN and agility
• Lead cross-functional and local improvement projects (at least 50% of the role)
• Provide methodological support and coaching for Green Belts towards certification
• Conduct and develop White Belt and Lean Manager Belt training
• Change management for employees and leaders
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and support managers and teams
• Define and implement standards and occasionally solve problems

Concrete Examples of Black Belt Activities :

• Project management to reduce anomalies in mechanical parts
• Operational Excellence through 5S working groups or performance management routines
• Support in the implementation of improvement plans
• Update White Belt training materials and lead working groups
• Change management in the deployment of a new ERP system

You have the following qualifications :

• Certification as Green Belt or Black Belt
• Ability to solve moderately difficult to complex problems
• Experience in risk management and project management
• Fluent in German and English
• Application of ArianeGroup leadership principles: Collaboration, Delegation, Conquest Spirit, Simplicity
