Qualifikationen

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen in internationalen Matrixumgebungen.
• Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Prozessen im Source-to-Contract und Purchase-to-Pay.

• Entwicklung und Harmonisierung globaler Beschaffungspolitiken und -prozesse.
• Überwachung der digitalen Beschaffungsroadmap in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gruppenstrategie.

Your role

1. Develop, maintain and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes and tools (incl. IT-tools), to ensure efficient workflows

2. Represent Strategic Procurement for process- / systems & tools- / methods- / KPI- questions

3. Drive, support and monitor global implementation of procurement best practices, including training programs

4. Act as Business Process Owner for Strategic Procurement (procure-to-pay process)

5. Work with procurement heads to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process

6. Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in collaboration with group strategy and key stakeholders

7. Lead, coordinate and support overarching procurement projects and activities

8. Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data

9. Monitor and report on procurement performance

10. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures

11. Integration of new departments / functions / companies into Meditec Procurement organization

12. Leading PMI activities for Strategic Procurement

13. Supporting internal audits and audits from external authorities

14. National- and international travel activities

Your profile

1. Procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective organization, processes and modern procurement tools at a global level

2. Experienced in implementing or managing processes in regard to source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay and/or global business services

3. Excellent communication skills and capability to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

4. Service-oriented capability to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve goals

5. Fluent in English and preferably a 2nd language like German or French

6. Analytical, fact-based, strong conceptual skills and able to make solid business cases

7. Strong ability to structure, organize several activities and initiatives

8. Good knowledge in SAP-MM and MS-Office
