Your Opportunity: Lead Growth in Barcelona

We're actively recruiting a German-speaking Business Developer to join our expanding team in Barcelona. What You'll Do
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, building strong, trusting relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll act as a strategic consultant, understanding client objectives and recommending solutions that align perfectly with their business needs. Expect consistent and clear communication with both clients and our internal teams for seamless collaboration.
  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify avenues to expand our services within existing accounts by promoting innovative solutions. You'll conduct market research to understand industry trends, allowing you to strategically position our offerings. You'll also help plan and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and client success.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You'll coordinate with internal departments—including sales, marketing, and technical teams—to deliver best-in-class solutions. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deliverables will be crucial to guaranteeing outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign and project performance data to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. You'll prepare regular reports and present results to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively address client concerns and operational challenges to ensure swift and effective resolutions. You'll mediate between client expectations and our internal capabilities, always aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and optimize processes. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Language Requirements: You must communicate fluently and professionally in German with clients and internal teams where German is required, while using English for internal reporting and wider team collaboration.
Who We're Looking For
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (at least B2 level).
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in business development, account management, or client relations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Google or other major tech companies is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of translating data into strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing or e-commerce industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and eager to excel in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
