CUPE 5791 Job Family N/A Category Academic Number of Vacancies 1 Position Summary The Faculty of Education at the University of Regina is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor in Educational Psychology (Counselling) for a full-time, tenure-track position appointment with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2025.

    The University of Regina is situated on Treaty 4 lands with a presence in Treaty 6. These are the territories of the nêhiyawak, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation. Position Requirements Candidates will possess a Ph.D. degree or be near completion, with a clearly articulated and active program of research or scholarship in Counselling/Educational/School Psychology. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong background in counselling and be registered or eligible for registration with a professional body such as the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association ( CCPA ). Teaching experience in both K-12 environments and university settings is an asset, but not a requirement.
