A School Counsellor plays a pivotal role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional well-being within an educational setting. Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology or equivalent
  • Bachelor of Education (Elementary, Middle or Secondary) degree, or equivalent training
  • Successful teaching experience at the appropriate grade level
  • A valid Teacher Regulation Branch Certificate, or in progress.

  • The starting annual salary for this School Teacher position ranges from $50,000 to $104,000, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
