Our client is in search of a humbly confident motivated Production Manager / Foreman to join their team in the building of quality ag / oilfield equipment, shelters and facilities. The site is located 45 minutes outside Lloydminster.

Responsibilities include :
Oversee processes and workflow ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to budgets and deadlines, while also managing and motivating the production team.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate resources (materials, labor, equipment) are available to meet production needs.
Provide pricing, reports, quotes and management of product delivery in and out of site.
Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
Manage, lead, motivate, and supervise production staff to achieve goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Organize and communicate effectively with other departments, building, maintenance, and sales staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures for the entire staff, grounds, and shops.
Qualifications :
Previous management experience with a get it done, positive, and respectful attitude.
Blend of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills, including strong leadership, professionalism, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities, to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
Honesty and integrity, adaptable, willingness to learn and seek understanding.
Clean drivers abstract with reliable vehicle.
Previous experience in welding, reading blueprints, design, or carpentry would be an asset.
