As Director of Consumer Health Products & Services, you will lead our consumer health products portfolio for patient care. Your role demands a deep passion for healthcare—understanding the intricacies of this dynamic field. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, guiding product managers to deliver innovative digital health solutions while navigating the complex healthcare market.

You will craft our product strategy, leveraging your understanding of healthcare markets and payor dynamics. Your responsibilities include evolving our products and services to meet market needs and identifying new opportunities to transform ideas into market-ready solutions.

Your awareness of market trends and emerging digital technologies will be crucial in revolutionizing health service delivery across Canada. By balancing patient needs, technological advancements, and business viability, you will shape the future of healthcare. Your ability to nurture ideas and realize visionary concepts will be key to our success in consumer health products and services.

Here’s what will be required

• Shape and execute the vision and strategy for consumer health products
• Oversee multiple product lines in a complex environment
• Drive product strategy and roadmap development
• Develop, mentor, and grow the team
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners
• Ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs
• Manage budgets and ensure KPIs are met

You're the right fit if you have:

• Director-level experience in a large organization (5+ years)
• Strong background in agile methodologies (10+ years)
• Technical understanding of software development
• Proven leadership of high-performance product teams
• Track record of delivering business results
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate strategic vision effectively
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline

Salary Range: $128,000-$192,000

Performance Bonus or Incentive Plan: 30%
