1. The Contract Review Broker will be primarily responsible for reviewing all contracts and supporting the team of Transaction Specialists in the review of all contracts, ensuring documentation is complete.
2. May supervise as a Managing Broker to a Branch Office and cover for holidays and sickness as needed.
3. Assist agents to comply with Provincial license law, focusing on transaction review, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program.
4. Have a strong track record in Contract Review and experience as a real estate broker of a small to medium firm.
5. Thorough understanding of real estate compliance at a Provincial level, with a collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
6. Must be a people-person capable of implementing systems and following processes.

• Deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents in client and customer representation.
• Focus on contract review for legal and contractual compliance.
• Conduct contract training to enhance agent knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and provincial real estate law.
• Respond promptly to agent requests related to contracts and communications.
• Engage with agents and the Managing Broker to resolve complex transaction issues.
• Support Transaction Specialists and agents in initial contract review and documentation tracking.
• Perform quarterly final archiving of transactions.
• Potentially act as a Managing Broker for branch offices as needed.
• Support any other duties assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.

• Active real estate broker license with ongoing education credits in real estate, brokerage management, and legal compliance.
• Deep knowledge of legal obligations of real estate professionals under provincial and federal law, MLS rules, and regulations.
• Proven success managing a small to medium brokerage, especially in compliance and contracts.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Highly collaborative and results-oriented.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Skyslope and Webforms preferred.
• Highest integrity and licensed as a Managing Broker.
