Job description

We are seeking a motivated, goal-driven individual to join our dynamic real estate team!

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new and past leads (buyers, sellers, referrals).
  • Respond promptly to leads from online platforms like KVcore & Boomtown.
  • Qualify leads through clear scripts and tailored questions.
  • Nurture cold / warm leads to build trust over time.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems (Boomtown, KVcore).
  • Set and confirm appointments.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead activities and conversion metrics.
  • Record all transaction files and ensure they are up to date.
  • Send out client and transaction communication emails promptly and professionally.
  • Complete all assigned tasks in the transaction management system (Skyslope).
  • Keep the To-Do list updated daily, ensuring all follow-ups and action items are addressed without delay.

Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of Halifax geographic locations.
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer.
  • Experience with outbound calls.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluent and clear English communication skills.
  • Ability to work from home or in an office environment.
  • Strong communication skills — confident in engaging leads via phone, text, and email.
  • Handle Rejections & Overcome Objections — confidently address rejections, respond professionally to resistance, and turn objections into engagement opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic & self-discipline — highly accountable and results-focused.
  • Ability to follow systems & scripts — adept at following proven frameworks.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRMs, dialers, Excel, Google Drive, email platforms, and task managers.
  • Real estate knowledge (preferred but not required) — understanding local market trends or experience in the industry is a plus.
