Job description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector support roles. In this position, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist callers with products, and represent some of the most recognizable brands globally.

Position Responsibilities

What does a Work at Home Contact Center Representative do?

This role involves supporting customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly to resolve issues, promote products, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Success in this role requires confidence, engagement, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, regular reviews, incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more. Full-time employees become eligible for benefits after 90 days, with options starting after 30 days.

Physical and Other Requirements
