Their offices are located in Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, Swift Current, Canmore, Banff, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Beaverlodge, Brooks, Taber, and Cardston. The team has extensive experience handling cases across all areas of law, including litigation, family and divorce, business, real estate, agriculture, and personal injury.

The Opportunity

The growing practice at their Grande Prairie office seeks a Civil Litigation Associate Lawyer to uphold their tradition of delivering exceptional client services.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-5 years' experience (3+ preferred) in Civil Litigation, including general litigation, family law & divorce, construction litigation, estates litigation, and corporate commercial litigation.
  • Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school and member in good standing with a provincial law society.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly focused with attention to detail; motivated self-starter.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Experience with all phases of litigation from discovery through trial.
