The objective of Sanajiksanut is to increase Inuit workforce in all of AEM’s Nunavut operations by contributing to the development of skills and competencies of the Inuit population in the Kivalliq region. The Sanajiksanut Process is composed of different steps to gain employment: Employment Information Session, Online Application, Pre-employment Training, and Employment. In completing these stages , applicants will better prepare themselves for the labour market as well as for a potential job opportunity with AEM or one of its contractors.
