About this team:
Affiliated with the University of Toronto, our 18-bed psychiatric inpatient unit serves diverse populations, including adults (18+), geriatrics (65+), and antepartum/postpartum patients. We address a broad range of mental health diagnoses including mood, anxiety, psychosis and substance related disorders. Recognized as a leader in these areas, Mount Sinai is dedicated to a holistic approach where the "art" and "science" of nursing converge, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Our primary objective is to empower our patients to successfully transition back into the community, equipped to manage their health with confidence.
