We're seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Innovation team at Pixomondo.

1. Work on various projects to create intuitive user interfaces for use in a 3D medium with PXO Innovation Lab.
2. Lead and execute end-to-end design, including wireframing and high-fidelity visuals.
3. Design and build interactive prototype experiences within Unreal Engine and collaborate with engineers/developers to implement into production.
4. Transform qualitative and quantitative data into actionable design insights.
5. Communicate ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.

1. 2+ years of relevant professional and creative experience in UX, interaction, visual design, and 3D game design.
2. Experience in interaction and visual design, concept generation, interaction models, user flows, and design specifications.
3. Ability to create engaging graphics, icons, and interfaces in various styles.
4. Creative with a technical mindset, able to learn quickly and adapt.
5. A strong portfolio of shipped products.

1. Experience with Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or other 3D software.
2. Motion design skills.
3. Experience with game engines and real-time rendering workflows.
4. Experience creating 3D environments.
