SUMMARY :

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. You will take part in the configuration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our users and help manage the platform for stability. This role requires an organized, self-driven person who can thrive working alone or in a team and can quickly adjust to changing priorities. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities. Night and weekend hours may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Platform O&M / Platform Performance and Stability

Family Upgrades and Patching

Maintain and create Operational KBAs

MID Server Management

Agile Stories and Development

Platform support on-call (after hours support)

Debugging and fixing technical problems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements

REQUIREMENTS :

3+ years of working with ServiceNow

Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.

DevOps

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A system engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team?

A mindset to automate everything

EDUCATION :

Accredited Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field

WORK HOURS : Full-Time 4x10

Night and weekend hours may be required.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
