The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is a two-site Community Hospital located in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. The Brantford General is an acute care hospital, and the Willett in Paris is an urgent care centre and transitional beds.

The Director, Information Technology Operations leads the strategic vision and execution of all Information and Communication Technology (ICT) functions at BCHS, partnering with the Chief Medical Information Officer to advance the organization’s digital health strategy and implement a new Health Information System (HIS). The director oversees the development and integration of technologies such as virtual care, data standardization, artificial intelligence, and cross‑sector interoperability, ensuring alignment with BCHS’s strategic goals.
