The Director of Product Support - Agriculture (AG) provides leadership and direction for Brandt’s parts and service support functions. Responsible for leading a team of Regional Customer Support Sales Managers and growing Agricultural parts and service sales. The ideal candidate will have a relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the agricultural product support business.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a key player in the growth and development of the product support program, the Director of Product Support Sales will lead a team of Regional Customer Support Sales Managers (RCSSM) to develop and execute regional sales strategies and key objectives for their regions. This position will ensure our RCSSMs are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.
