Opening in early 2026, The Clayfield Hotel – part of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection – is seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of this luxury destination in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nestled in the heart of wine country and designed as a four-season retreat, The Clayfield is defined by its elevated guest experiences, immersive programming, and a refined brand identity that evolves with each season. From exclusive cultural events to curated partnerships the hotel will offer rich, locally rooted programming that blends sophistication with authenticity.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Keen understanding of tactics to maximize revenue by proactively selling all facets of the hotel
  • Persuasive verbal and written sales presentation abilities, and able to coach other to do the same
  • 3-5 years' experience as a hotel Director of Sales & Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Hyatt experience is a PLUS.
  • Working knowledge of corporate, business and social sales and RFP processes.
