The Director of Product Support - Agriculture (AG) provides leadership and direction for Brandt’s Parts and Service support functions. Responsible for leading a team of Regional Customer Support Sales Managers and growing Agricultural parts and service sales. As a leader of our team for Product Support Sales, the successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales management, be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, and capable of leading a highly motivated team. The ideal candidate will have a relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the agricultural product support business.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a key player in the growth and development of the product support program, the Director of Product Support Sales will lead a team of Regional Customer Support Sales Managers (RCSSM) to develop and execute regional sales strategies and key objectives for their regions. This position will ensure our RCSSMs are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.

Sales Process
  • Own overall Strategy and Annual Business plans with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Manage Sales Processes such as Call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Establish key KPI’s for CSA’s and measure on a regular basis.
  • Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  • Engage and support in large Fleet accounts.
  • Analyze Reports to provide insight and feedback to guide performance of CSA’s and branches.
  • Support in development of overall Parts and Service Sales strategy.
  • Monitor CSA incentive program to ensure it is effective.
  • Implement comprehensive succession plan for RCSSMs and CSAs.
  • Identify and implement Best Practices across the Regions.
  • Market Intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
