We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our team and assist in managing recruitment for our Practice. You will work closely with the National Campus Recruitment Team, Human Resources, Client Serving Teams, and other Service Lines. Your responsibilities include recruiting qualified undergraduate and Master’s candidates for co-op, internship, and full-time roles nationally, coordinating recruitment activities, building relationships with campus partners, representing EY on campus, and guiding client-serving recruiting teams.

1. Recruit on campus for Staff, Internship, and Co-op positions nationwide.
2. Serve as the primary contact for key client groups, maintaining relationships with students, Career Centre staff, faculty, and internal teams.
3. Coordinate with the Campus Recruitment Team to ensure compliance with guidelines and law, and to promote EY’s presence at strategic schools.
4. Plan and execute campus events and conferences, such as Office Visits, Women in Technology Conference, and the EY Challenge.
5. Recruit internal volunteers to represent EY on campus, providing training and subject matter expertise.
6. Assist with onboarding, new hire announcements, and internship/co-op experience management.
7. Implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
8. Gather and share local market intelligence with stakeholders.
9. Coordinate candidate care with Recruitment Coordinators.
10. Support HR initiatives and utilize standard tools for recruitment activities.
11. Create branded materials in collaboration with marketing.
12. Travel to campus locations as needed, including evenings and weekends.
13. Support social media initiatives related to recruitment.

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in talent attraction, relationship building, and understanding of recruitment laws.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Experience in coordinating campus recruiting events and liaising with Career Centres and student organizations.
