As the Inside Sales Associate based in Red Deer, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and processing orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

1. Support sales by acting as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives.
2. Make a personal impact by consistently achieving a high level of customer service.
3. Build brand recognition as a Brand Ambassador, supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, while reflecting our corporate image.

1. You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
2. You can communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.
3. You can prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
4. You possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
