It provides direct services to children and youth with complex needs, trauma, mental health issues, and diverse abilities, within a trauma-informed care framework. As one of Canada's few private, national social service agencies, it operates over 125 services across BC, Alberta, and Ontario under more than 90 government contracts. With over 600 staff, it serves approximately 1,300 individuals daily, offering tailored programs including education, training, life skills, recreation, and family involvement.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surrey, BC, requiring 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). It involves performing administrative support duties within a CARF/CET accredited agency, assisting visitors, managing reports, and maintaining a courteous environment.
Applicants must provide a valid Criminal Record Check and Ministry Check (dated within 6 months) before employment confirmation, which may take up to 6 weeks.
