• Generate new business sales and profits within a designated territory
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for surgeons and operating room staff

• Four-year college degree or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience
• High level of technical and clinical product knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license

• Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills
• Experience in managing multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software
• Expertise in product application and practice management implications
