A leading cleaning technology company in São Paulo is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage performance marketing campaigns focused on e-commerce. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid media and SEO strategies while optimizing for maximum efficiency. Plan, execute, and manage paid media/performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates), ensuring budgets and strategies align with the local sales team's objectives.
Implement and evolve SEO strategies for e-commerce (technical, on-page, product feed) to increase organic traffic and revenue share.
Design and manage marketing automation flows integrated with CRM, segmenting audiences by behavior, lifetime value (LTV), and funnel stage.
Daily monitor critical KPIs (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV) and conduct A/B tests and optimizations for continuous improvement.
