Bilingual Receptionist

Assistance and support to employees whenever necessary.

Chat communication to inform the arrival of candidates for interviews, visitors and event participants.

Guidance for new employees on collecting the onboarding kit.

Management of reception spaces, ensuring organization and good functioning.

Carrying out rounds in reception areas using a checklist (focus on maintenance and cleaning).

Support for employees in issuing QR Codes for guests.

Responsible for double checking room and space reservations.

Support for institutional tours, when requested.

Support and guidance in setting up and taking away lunches and coffee breaks in the round rooms.

Support with scheduling and guidance related to room reservations.

Responsible for receiving and registering candidates for interviews, visitors and guests for events

Museum Support

Open MUSEUM (key is at reception)

Check if the environment is clean and organized

Check that all equipment is working

Responsible for checking the Meli Booking Museum's appointments

Responsible for making the rounds in the museum using the easy checklist app (maintenance/cleaning)

Accompany the employee/visitor to the museum

Responsible for updating the Attendance List spreadsheet

Requirements:

• Experience as a receptionist/ customer service

• Advanced Spanish

• Advanced English is an advantage
