A leading logistics company is seeking an HR Business Partner in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves understanding business objectives and enhancing HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and development. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR or related fields. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. Bachelor's Degree.
3 Experience as Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Management or similar roles.
Experience in operational environment.
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
English and Portuguese Fluent.
(C1+)
Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance.
Experience influencing leaders in a highly matrixed organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high quality documents with an ability to interface with multiple levels within the organization to influence outcomes.
Experience managing projects.
Advanced degree from a graduate school.
(MBA or Masters in HRM preferred).
Experience in a carrier / transportation company, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
Experience in leading at scale.
