As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. - Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and order
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Assist in maintaining health and safety regulations
- Participate in staff scheduling and performance evaluations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
