Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting and exceeding company standards of guest satisfaction and service
• Provide leadership problem solving and decision making in all areas
• Provide ongoing training motivating and monitoring of staff
• Achieve and/or exceed sales projections
• Perform office duties such as scheduling monthly inventory and pass-on
• Assist in ordering product
• Conduct employee performance reviews
• Provide discipline when necessary and complete required documentation
• Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
• Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food preparing and serving beverages conducting quality checks etc.
• Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures
• Actively contribute to a positive and motivating workplace
