Job description
Cad Technician/Draughtsman (Structural & Fit Out)
Produce detailed structural and interior fit-out drawings (shop & as-built) using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect project requirements.
Integrate subcontractor/shop drawings and high-end finish details into master plans.
Revise layouts as per client, consultant, or site feedback.
Support tendering, material selection, and supplier coordination with technical drawings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Design & Build companies delivering ultra-luxury villa/mansion projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of luxury interior/exterior finishes, structural detailing & joinery.
- Familiar with project documentation, bid packages, and site coordination.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
