Job Description
  • Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in training new employees on service standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate team schedules and assign daily tasks.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high morale.
  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
  • To assist the Restaurant Manager or other Restaurant Supervisors in any task outlined/detailed by him/her.
  • Ensure all food and beverage areas comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Report any operational issues to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Service-focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Has a critical eye for detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and scheduling software.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
