We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman - Steel (Bridge Project) to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction team you will be responsible for overseeing the steel erection and fabrication aspects of our bridge project ensuring quality safety and efficiency throughout the construction process.

• Lead and supervise a team of steel workers ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Interpret and execute construction plans blueprints and specifications related to steel structures
• Coordinate with other construction disciplines and project managers to ensure seamless integration of steel components
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Manage inventory and equipment ensuring proper maintenance and availability of necessary tools
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Train and mentor team members promoting skill development and best practices in steel construction
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to address technical challenges and propose solutions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations specific to Dubai and the UAE

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in steel construction with a focus on bridge projects
• Proven leadership experience in managing and coordinating construction teams
• Extensive knowledge of steel erection techniques fabrication processes and quality control measures
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong project management skills including the ability to plan schedule and allocate resources effectively
• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in construction safety and steel erection
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditions
• Proficiency in using project management software and digital tools for construction planning and reporting
