We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman - Steel (Bridge Project) to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction team you will be responsible for overseeing the steel erection and fabrication aspects of our bridge project ensuring quality safety and efficiency throughout the construction process.

• Lead and supervise a team of steel workers ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Interpret and execute construction plans blueprints and specifications related to steel structures
• Coordinate with other construction disciplines and project managers to ensure seamless integration of steel components
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Manage inventory and equipment ensuring proper maintenance and availability of necessary tools
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Train and mentor team members promoting skill development and best practices in steel construction
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to address technical challenges and propose solutions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations specific to Dubai and the UAE

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in steel construction with a focus on bridge projects
• Proven leadership experience in managing and coordinating construction teams
