Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business sales. This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value business opportunities within the cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs and position QuantumGate’s solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent QuantumGate at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, must be in cybersecurity across UAE, GCC, and MENA regions.
  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing new business, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, enterprise security challenges, and emerging technologies, particularly in post-quantum cryptography.
  • Sales Acumen: Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling to large enterprises and government, semi-government entities.
