Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans


• Guide agents to achieve their targets and close deals


• Build and maintain client relationships


• Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines

• Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills


• Knowledge of Dubai s real estate market trends and regulations


• Bachelors degree in Sales, Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus)

An attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary, benefits and a commission on agent sales shall be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
