• Create unique and engaging content including short-form videos and visual content for platforms like Instagram TikTok and YouTube

• Use cameras and smartphones professionally to shoot high-quality content

• Handle video editing and post-production to ensure polished outputs

• Build and maintain strong online community engagement through timely posts interactions and campaigns

• Plan and execute promotional strategies to support products and seasonal campaigns

• Conduct market research analyze trends and report on performance metrics

• Design and manage customer retention strategies through digital channels

• Recruit train and manage junior marketing staff and content creators when required

• Provide regular marketing forecasts and strategic insights to the management team

• Proven experience in digital marketing video content creation and social media management
