We’re seeking a passionate hands‑on Product Manager with proven experience in B2C mobile applications ideally in a startup or scaleup environment. You’ll own the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and discovery through to launch, iteration and ongoing optimization. You’ll work closely with our tech team translating customer insights into features that delight. This is a high‑visibility role reporting directly to the CEO with real product ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
Define and refine product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and user needs using deep market and competitor analysis
- Full Product Lifecycle Management
Own the end‑to‑end cycle: research, concept, requirements gathering, prototyping, development, launch, analytics, feedback loop and iteration
- Feature Prioritization & Backlog Management
Maintain and prioritize product backlog and user stories aligning stakeholders on feature trade‑offs based on impact and resource constraints
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work daily with engineering (11‑member team), UX/UI designers, marketing, customer success and other stakeholders to coordinate releases and deliver high‑quality on‑time features
- Metrics & User Insights
Define success metrics; use data analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions; gather and integrate ongoing customer feedback
- Launch & Go‑to‑Market Execution
Lead launch planning coordinating marketing and support; own feature rollout and iterations post‑launch based on performance and feedback
- Hands‑On Execution
Be prepared to get into the trenches: write user stories, review prototypes, QA features and directly support smaller tasks alongside the tech team executing with a bias for action
Qualifications & Experience
- Required:
- 3 to 6 years of product management experience in a B2C mobile app environment, ideally consumer‑facing, digital‑first, fast‑paced teams
- Demonstrated end‑to‑end product ownership in a lean or startup setting
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable interacting with engineers, writing specs, understanding mobile stack constraints
- Data‑driven mindset: analytics, A/B testing and usage metrics to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA or Product Management certification is a plus
- Product management experience in AI‑driven or technology‑enabled apps
- Familiarity with UAE/MENA user behaviours and consumer patterns
