• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the MEA region and the Representative Office.
• Coordinate all regional marketing activities in alignment with the global marketing and web teams (HQ).
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence in the region.
• Collaborate with HQ to define the regional search engine strategy and monitor performance results.
• Propose and implement innovative marketing ideas to support business growth.
• Plan and coordinate regional seminars, expos, and other events.
• Source and manage local and regional vendors for company events.
• Conduct market research and monitor key competitors’ activities.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with the FX sales team to align on marketing strategies, review lead quality, and design new campaigns.
• Update and maintain the FX Arabic website, including translation and proofreading.
• Review and proofread all printed materials, sales presentations, brochures, and customer communications (e.g., bank holiday emails).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai media landscape.
• Passionate about marketing and business / financial news.
• Previous experience in fintech or retail financial services is a plus.
• Proactive, energetic, and collaborative team player with a strong customer focus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; German and French are an advantage.
