Responsibilities

• As a Card Product Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and managing card products in multiple markets.
• Work closely with business development, technical team, finance, risk, compliance, legal, etc. to deliver a world‑class crypto card product.

Requirements

• Being a self‑driven high flyer in a fast‑pacing environment with the inspiration to create and manage a best‑in‑class crypto card product.
• Product design skill set including prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools and good user story telling.
• Good knowledge about product development life cycle portfolio management and experience involved at various stages. Able to manage the card portfolio with positive PnL and great penetration to active users on our platform.
• 5 years card product management experience on the card issuing side with experience in various markets is appreciated.
• Extensive market research and analysis capability to ensure products have a competitive edge. Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Great data analytical skill. Ability to optimize product performance dashboards and improve product using a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent prioritization framework ability to rationalize and align with stakeholders on the scope of the MVP and further product development.
• Good understanding of the risk compliance frameworks in the card industry.
• Understanding of different card processes like reconciliation, settlement, chargeback in the card industry.
