The ideal candidate combines deep data fluency, technical rigor, and commercial acumen to design scalable solutions that optimize the core marketplace engine.
Marketplace Health & Efficiency: Own the health of the supply-demand ecosystem — continuously monitor and improve metrics like fulfillment rate, cancellations, idle supply, and order wait times.
Identify and execute levers to dynamically balance demand and supply through pricing, incentives, batching, and allocation algorithms.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred).
6–9 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in E-commerce, Ride-hailing, or Quick Commerce.
Proven experience in marketplace optimization, dynamic pricing, or incentive systems.
Strong exposure to working with Data Science and Engineering teams — comfort with metrics, experimentation, and model-based products.
Experience managing high-scale, real-time systems and driving measurable outcomes in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data into actionable decisions.
Familiarity with SQL, experimentation platforms, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and execution ownership.
Bias for action, outcome-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced cross-functional setup.
