An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to payment. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and managing the sales pipeline effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to analyze data and adapt strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee the entire sales process from initial enquiry to payment receipt. Responsible for managing and updating the sales pipeline following up on quotes coordinating the sharing of qualified resources and facilitating the client selection process. Additionally ensure smooth management of all sales documentation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Enquiry Analysis and Customer Handling
2. Submission of CVs to Customers
3. Position Fulfillment & Customer Feedback FollowUp
4. Review of Sales Documentation
5. LPO / Contract Review
6. CRM Update and Approvals
7. Customer Success Management
8. Resolving Billing Issues with Customers
9. Follow SOPs for Sales process
Qualifications :
Education:
Minimum: BA/BS
Desired: MBA
Experience:
Minimum: 5 years in a similar role
Desired: Experience in a resourcebased industry
