Job summary

A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Sales Executive to analyze local market trends and drive business into the hotel. Responsibilities include developing customer accounts, negotiating room rates with corporate clients, and preparing contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and a commitment to excellent customer service. This full-time role is based at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Suites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze local market trends to identify new business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and drive business into the hotel.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current conditions.
  • Cooperate with other departments to create an exceptional Guest experience.
