A distribution company is seeking Outdoor Sales Executives in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Distribution company is seeking to recruit a dynamic team and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executives across Dubai Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate customers by daily visiting multiple companies (contractors transport companies and manufacturers) in industrial areas and introducing our company products. Collecting decisions Making contacts and refer them to our sales manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily visit multiple corporates clients located in Industrial and free zone areas.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  3. Actively seek out and engage prospects in outdoor settings such as client offices events and public spaces.
  4. Build daily pipeline and meet max. Number of procurement managers.
  5. Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients with a persuasive and confident approach.
  6. Achieve and exceed assigned number of daily visits. *Generate qualified leads ONLY.
  7. Provide accurate and timely prospection report to the sales manager.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  9. Attend relevant industry events and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to visit daily more than 7 corporate clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid UAE drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.

bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in outdoor sales. Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE.

Highly preferable from the Oil and Gas Industry with extensive knowledge on the same

Pay: AED3000 - AED6000 per month
