Real Estate Sales Executive - Southeast Asian Property

Salary: $3500-$5000 (plus commission)

Job Summary

Our client a master real estate developer based in South East Asia is looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Executives to join a pioneering team based in their newly formed Dubai offices.

This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional with a strong Dubai‑based network who is looking for a unique challenge beyond the local market. You will act as a key ambassador bridging the gap between Middle Eastern capital and a premier real estate opportunity in an emerging international market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively identify nurture and convert leads from the Dubai market including high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs) family offices and institutional investors.

Investment Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to potential buyers providing expert and detailed presentations on the investment potential features and benefits of the international properties.

Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.

Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of both the Dubai investment landscape and the specifics of the developers property market to articulate the value proposition compellingly.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long‑lasting relationships with clients encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events seminars and property roadshows to generate leads and build brand presence within Dubai.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven and successful real estate sales experience within the Dubai market.

A strong demonstrable and existing network of investors HNWIs and potential buyers in Dubai and the wider GCC region.

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.

Required: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred: Fluency in Arabic languages

Preferred: Experience in international property sales would be a distinct advantage.
